Where do I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID is a 6-character code (e.g. FTRT45) sent in your confirmation email and shown on the order confirmation page after checkout. You can also search by the email address you used at checkout to see all your orders.
My order says "pending payment" — what does that mean?
This means your order was created but we haven't received payment confirmation from PayFast yet. If you paid via PayFast, this usually updates within 1–2 minutes. If you selected EFT, it can take 1–2 hours for the funds to clear. If it's been longer than that, please contact support.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Mon–Fri). You'll receive an SMS with the courier tracking link once your parcel leaves our supplier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email support@theviralcart.shop with your Order ID and the new address — we'll update it before dispatch.
